Strength and Conditioning
This 30-hour intermediate-level course, delivered by INSEP PRO, is designed to equip fitness professionals with the applied knowledge and coaching competencies required to design, implement, and evaluate evidence-based strength and conditioning programs. The course integrates principles of exercise physiology, biomechanics, and motor control with practical coaching applications. Key areas include movement assessment, resistance training, power development, speed and agility, energy system conditioning, load monitoring, injury risk reduction, and recovery strategies. Emphasis is placed on safe exercise execution, client-centered programming, and progression models aligned with individual needs and sport-specific demands. Participants will engage in practical coaching sessions, case-based learning, and program design tasks to ensure skill transfer to real-world settings. Upon completion, learners will be able to apply scientifically grounded training methods, optimize performance outcomes, and uphold professional and ethical standards within their scope of practice.

- Professional Conduct and Ethics education is delivered on Day 4 (13:00–14:00) and is integrated throughout the course. This module addresses scope of practice, duty of care, client safety, informed consent, confidentiality, professional boundaries, and ethical decision-making. Participants are trained to apply these standards within real coaching environments and align their practice with internationally recognized professional guidelines.
